About the MiraclesOne Foundation
At MiraclesOne Foundation*, we encourage others to practice developing a deep, personal relationship with their inner Holy Spirit / Jesus / God. This type of relationship can only come through the direct experience of finding the Christ within themselves. Through the sharing of our personal experiences with the Light, Voice, Peace and Joy of God within ourselves, we hope to inspire others to learn how to come to the same universal experiences themselves.
We strive to empower our brothers / sisters by helping them to learn how to listen to the Holy Spirit and perceive the Light of God within themselves. We support the accessing of His Wisdom and interpretation which is available inside of each of us. Lastly, we practice applying the principles of A Course in Miracles in our daily lives and help others to develop the same practices. Talking about the Course’s concepts are one thing, but learning how to live the Course’s instructions in our daily lives is another.
We hope you will see, that we are truly dedicated to encouraging and supporting others in “Living the Spirit-Led Life through Practical Application of A Course in Miracles“. Through our forgiveness, we awaken. Through our listening, we are guided. Through our demonstration, we remind. Through our sharing, we walk with our brothers / sisters on the journey Home.

Revs. Paul and Deborah Phelps
Co-Founders of MiraclesOne
Revs. Paul and Deb are both dedicated, long-time students and teachers of A Course in Miracles. Together, in 2005, they co-founded the not-for-profit, MiraclesOne Foundation, MiraclesOne Light University and the Miracles in Madison study groups in Madison, Wisconsin.
They have co-authored several A Course in Miracles inspired books and materials including: Divine Messages, Illumination Journal for the Workbook for Students, Reflections on the Workbook for Students – Volumes I & II, Enlightenment Meditation Series audio CDs, and the MiraclesOne Practical Application Series programs and Practical Application Audio Series, and MiraclesOne Study Group Guide & Journal.
In addition, Paul and Deb also produce and host several radio show podcasts: Practical Application of A Course in Miracles, The Miracle View, Your Inner Light, Sunday Miracles, 30 Day Miracles, Divine Messages, and A Cuppa Miracles, a periodical video series on the principles of A Course in Miracles.
Every awakening tool is co-created under Holy Spirit’s guidance and designed to help others apply the principles of the Course into their daily lives. By doing so, one can embrace the personal experience of a deep and intimate relationship with the Holy Spirit and truly live the Spirit-Led life.
Through their dedicated study and practice of the lessons contained within the Workbook for Students and the principles taught in the Text of A Course in Miracles, Paul and Deb have learned how to accept the Gift within and become true Miracle Workers and Teachers of God. Their lives are dedicated to helping others find, experience, know and strengthen the same Gift within themselves.
Rev. Deb Phelps - Deb’s spiritual awakening began in 1980 when at the age of 16 she began practicing the discipline of meditation. She has been studying and teaching A Course in Miracles since 1994 and received her ordination as a ministerial counselor originally from Pathways of Light in 2000.
With an education in Community Ministry, she has served social service, ministry, church and non-profit organizations for close to 20 years with a focus on participants’ personal and spiritual growth. Deb is a Doctoral Candidate in Holistic Counseling Ministry with the University of Metaphysics and a member of the spiritual counseling organization, AACC.
Deb was the Director and Founder of the Miracles Circle of Pittsburgh, which was an ACIM Center in Pittsburgh, PA from 2000-2004. She is currently the Director of the MiraclesOne Foundation and is available for ACIM and spiritual support during regular business hours and after hours by appointment. She is also available for spiritual counseling by appointment.
Rev. Paul Phelps – Paul’s spiritual awakening began in the late 1990’s when he started to ask God for the truth. He was led to Neale Donald Walsch’s book, Conversations with God, then to A Course in Miracles which he began studying in 2001. Shortly after practicing the Lessons in the Workbook for Students, Paul began to learn how to perceive the visible Light of Christ within himself and others. He later began to learn how to hear the audible Voice of God speak to him with unmistakable clarity. In 2004, Paul was ordained as a ministerial counselor originally from Pathways of Light.
Paul was the Co-Director of the Miracles Circle of Pittsburgh, an ACIM Center in Pittsburgh, PA. Paul is currently a Doctoral Candidate in Mystical Research with the University of Metaphysics. Paul works full-time for the Wisconsin Army National Guard as an Information Technology Specialist and part-time as a Medical Evacuation helicopter pilot.
They happily reside in Madison with two of their six children, their daughters, Allison and Autumn.

Rev. Linda Wisniewski is an ACIM minister based in Plymouth, WI. She has been on a healing and spiritual journey for the past 25 years.
She completed training at the Center on Education for Death and Dying in Chicago, attended the Graduate Institute of Pastoral Studies at Loyola University in Chicago, attended workshops in Progoff Journaling and workshops led by Jean Houston in spiritual psychology and Mystery. She received her ministerial ordination originally from Pathways of Light.
She has been a student of Buddhism, practices mindfulness meditation and is a student of A Course in Miracles. For 6 years she was a member of a women’s healing group “Healing The Deep Feminine” led by Judith Citrin, a healer from Chicago.
Linda has given workshops on addressing questions like “Who AM I”, writing from the Heart, and Mind healing. She has also co-created beautiful personalized wedding ceremonies.
Linda accesses her own intuitive guidance through daily meditation, journaling and contemplation. Her approach is gentle, intuitive, respectful and empowering.
Linda is a MiraclesOne Advisor and co-facilitates the Tele-Conference Study programs. She has also been a participant in the development of the MiraclesOne Light University and is one of the Team Teachers. In addition, she co-hosts several of our MiraclesOne ACIM Teaching Podcasts.

Rev. Donna Marie Cary is a student/teacher of A Course in Miracles and “Traveling Minstrel of God” since 1976. On her traveling tours she shares her message of love and forgiveness through music at churches, spiritual retreats/conferences, schools, prisons, etc. throughout the country. Her background training has also included the Montessori Method of Education, “Pathwork” a process of personal transformation through looking at the layers of fear that lie beneath the mask of denial and another forgiveness process called “The Work.” She received her ministerial ordination originally from Pathways of Light.

Revs. Paul and Deb’s daughter Allison assists the
MiraclesOne Foundation ministries in the office and with her artistic and literary gifts, and her insightful, youthful perspective. Allison was raised with the principles of A Course in Miracles and the practice of meditation. She chooses to use the principles of the Course in her daily life experiences as a young adult. In the Fall of 2009, she will attend the Buddhist contemplative school, Naropa University in Boulder, CO, in order to pursue an education and career as an art therapist. Allison has had her inspirational artwork displayed in the Milwaukee Art Museum. Her varied interests include Spanish, Buddhism and veganism.
